Spareroom- values hygiene, HCPC professional

Hi! I’m 29, working professional as an educational psychologist (supporting children and young people with special needs). Currently looking for £650-750 bills included spare room, 30-40 min commute to Whitechapel station. Would like to share a flat or house with females only. I’m also a committed Christian, goes to church weekly and serve at the kids ministry. I like to have occasional meals with friends, enjoy cooking, but also value personal space.
