- My young daughter 11 visits twice a week with an overnight every two weeks

What I’m looking for
- A private room in a modern, well‑kept home
- St Mary’s Island preferred, but Dockside/Maritime also great or Peterborough near office
- Friendly, respectful household
- Parking is a bonus but not essential
- En‑suite or shared bathroom both fine

Move‑in date
- Looking to move in March.
