🚨 Room Urgently Needed 🚨

Hello I'm Luke. I'm currently looking for a room in the central Brighton/Hove/Portslade area. I have had a short term let which is coming to an end and my plans after that have fallen through. My budget is around 800 or more depending on the location with no deposit or room to gather it.

I work full time as a construction sales expert and in the evenings/weekends I like to do a bit of work on my art, chill with a show or a movie, get out and about, go to the beach or head to a pub or an event/gig.

I am tidy, clean, easy going, polite, sociable, don't stay out all night and can keep quiet/respectful if need be and very considerate of others.

I feel I'll be a good addition to a household and I like to do my bit in terms of maintenance. I'd like somewhere cosy and spacious with good vibes that I can see myself staying in for a while and to make friends whilst doing so would be a bonus. Thank you for taking the time to read.
