Cognitive science student

Hello! I’m Brízida: Swiss, recently turned thirty and currently pursuing a Master’s in Cognitive Science in Neuchâtel. 🧠🔬🦍 I’ll be moving to Bath for a six month internship in education, where I hope to dive deeper into pedagogy and creative learning practices.

I’m neat, well-organised, and was raised with the sacred rule: “If you cook, you clean.” I love spending time in the kitchen, but you won’t find any chaos left behind. I’m pretty self-sufficient and low-maintenance, but I do enjoy a good conversation when the energy flows.

Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing sunlight, browsing secondhand shops, or at a gig. I’m a singer-songwriter, and when I’m not studying or working, I love music, museums, cooking, films, and occasionally talking to strangers who didn’t ask for it.

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats:
~ vocal coach
~ public school teacher
~ head of communications

and I’m excited to bring a rich background into this new chapter. I’m open to a house share with fellow students or professionals, or a room with kind, curious hosts.. I genuinely enjoy adapting to people and places.

Bonus: I’m up for babysitting, pet-sitting, or lending a hand around the house. Only caveat? I’m just slightly clumsy (no fine crystal, please).
