am currently looking for a rental property and would appreciate if you could keep me informed of any suitable availabilities.
Property Requirements:
• Areas: Witham, Hatfield Peverel, Kelvedon, Maldon, or surrounding villages (ideally within 20 minutes to Chelmsford, and reasonable access to Colchester).
• Move-in Date: Mid to late June, but flexible if earlier for the right property.
• Size: Ideally 1-2 bedrooms, open to flats or small houses.
• Occupants: Just myself (single professional tenant).
• Employment: Full-time Nurse, annual salary £31,000.
• Pets: None.
• Smoking: Non-smoker.
• Rental Budget: Up to £900-£950 pcm ideally, but slightly flexible depending on property.
• Tenancy Term: Long-term preferred (minimum 12 months).
• Other: I am an extremely clean, respectful tenant, with excellent references and ready to proceed quickly if the right property comes up.
