Looking for a flat in Edinburgh :)

Hey, I‘m Finja, 19 years old (turning 20 in June) and I’m looking for a room in Edinburgh from the 1st of October 2025.
I was born and raised in Germany and decided that I‘d love to do a year abroad. When I was looking for a country and a city, and laid my eyes on Edinburgh, I immediately fell in love with the city.
Something about me so you can get a first impression:
I am a student at an university, which offers long distance studying, meaning that I will continue my studies online via Laptop when I move. My subject is communication and media management.
Due to my management experience, I am a very organised person. The only messy thing you will find with me, are my scripts on my laptop since I am a part time author, currently publishing my first novel.
As you can imagine, I love reading and writing with a good cup of tea in my hands, I enjoy going to lots of concerts and doing social media and also find joy in doing Pilates and cooking. I can cook you some traditional German meals if you like ;)
I’d say I‘m an outgoing person who loves to get to know new people and experience new cultures.
I love going out but also don’t mind some cozy evenings with Netflix.
There are really not any requirements or deal breakers for me as long as the room is furnished and fits into my budget (although I am ready to pay a bit more if necessary).
Preferably female roommates between the age 18-30, but that’s not a must for me.
