Looking for my next home - female preferred house

Hi! Im Wafa! Looking for my next place in central London. I'm looking for a room in a female preferred home.

My work: Im a doctor working in healthtech. I will be working from home half the week.

Lifestyle: I'm trying to live more naturally. I like cooking at home daily and don't drink. I love the gym, pilates, hikes, delicious food. I’m also a fan of musicals, modern art exhibitions, board games or group activities. I speak Arabic and enjoy foreign language indie films.

Home: I like to keep my home clean, smelling fresh and dust-free. I don't like strong incents or candles or toxic cleaning products in my home space.

It's important that the property i move into does not have a history of water-damage or mould / mildew growth as I am very sensitive to them.

Otherwise, I'm pretty chill. Happy to hang out or do things on my own.

I will be travelling frequently so there will be many be days or weeks that I am away.
