Looking for a new abode for end of January 🏠

Currently looking for a long term flat to move into from the end of January or so, somewhere I can call home.

About me:
• 30 year old hospitality worker that works in events, so usually am working 2-3 nights a week, however am very considerate when coming home late. Originally from New Zealand and have been living in Scotland for the last year.
• Non smoker, non drug user and social drinker. 🍷
• Work full-time in Leith, when not working an event I work 9-5 in the office.
• Ambivert - can be social, but also very reserved and like my own space (this also depends how tired I am lol). Am very respectful of peoples space, but would also love to find a flat where we might make a shared meal together or watch a movie every now and then.
• I go to pub quizzes often with friends which I love! Enjoy going to the beach, being in nature, hiking, and meditation.
• Have two sides to me where you’ll either catch me doing some Breathwork and listening to some calming music while meditating, or getting down and Twerking on the dancefloor 🍑
• Flat must be LGBT friendly.

Ultimately what’s really important for me is finding a flat/flatmates that are respectful, like sharing a flat and connecting rather than it just feeling like passing ships that live together, and are clean and friendly 🙂

I’m a great communicator and am super easy to get along with - down to earth, and open minded. Always up for a D&M, and also a good laugh.

Closer to Meadowbank, Top of Leith Walk, Abbey Hill, or City Centre is preferred. However will consider anywhere centrally located and good public transport access 🚌
