29YO Video Editor looking for a place to live/work

My name is Ryan, I edit videos for youtubers for a living therefore I spend a lot of time at my PC working from home. When I'm not doing this I'm either visiting friends/girlfriend, watching sports, going out for drinks or working in London.

I'm not at all fussy about living conditions - All I need is:
- Clean environment
- Good Internet that I can connect directly to my PC with ethernet cable for stable internet connection.

I have no issues with older or younger housemates, male or female, quiet or loud, smokers or non smokers, student or professional, pets or no pets - nothing like that bothers me whatsoever.

Looking to live in or around the Ashford area so I can stay close to GF/Friends and still have a direct train route into London if I need to work.
