Leeds government role – Need by 17th november

Hi! I'm Akash a 23-year-old young professional law graduate currently working in a government role and urgently looking for a room, flat, Leeds near the HMRC building or surrounding Leeds areas around 5around this Ideally after something clean and quiet like a shared house, sublet, or ensuite preferably if that's available.

If the property is located near my office located at the LS1 4AP postcode that would mean a lot to me :).

I'm working remotely for now but need to move in within the next week to week and a half as I’ll soon be required on-site on the 17th November 2025

I'd also love the option to rent a 1-bed or studio flat for myself. I can provide a living references in the past 🏡 and tenancies if required by yourself.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing mostly keep to myself but happy to live with like minded, chilled people. Just looking for a peaceful space I can focus and feel at home in and safe in I don't want to deal with problems in the household and I do not engage in problems either I don't have problems with people at all but Id love the household to be peaceful when I enter meetings online etc. I’m happy to pay rent upfront and a reasonable deposit upfront. Or if it's a higher deposit if it's secured by the deposit protection scheme UK that's fine with me as well.

Also! If you have a ground floor room or a room without another room directly underneath to accommodate for my Pace walking as I have ADHD would be brilliant thought it isn't too bad as long as the walls are thick enough.
