Wanting to find housemates for a modern 6 bed :)

Hi I am 22 from bristol, studing social science in first year at Cardiff uni. I’m currently in a 6 bed house and I’m the only one of us who plans to stay for next year. That means I have 5 available rooms in my house.

Price: £525 pcm not including bills (this year they are £50)

- Renovated in 2025 so nice and modern
- 6 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower)
- Built in wardrobes in all rooms
- All rooms and stairs carpetted
- Kitchen bar
- Kitchen island and skylight
- Dishwasher
- Nice communal space with comfy sofa, table and massive tv
- We have since put down a big rug and dining table downstairs (not pictured)
- Decking in garden
- Very good parking
I'm extraverted, opinionated, freethinking, open to lots of fun
Very chatty and friendly
Things I like and value: pizza, my friends, meeting new people, board games, bowling, cinema, the odd night out, netflix, good foodiesss (thats the key to my heart) x
As a housemate:
• I have a car and can take us all for late night maccies trips and grocery shopping.
• I am kind and very inclusive, all about making friends and getting everyone involved
I am tidy!! * will not be the nightmare housemate that steals your pots and pans and trashes the kitchen*
• I like socialising and community - I imagine if we all get on I'll be trying to suggest chinese and wine nights a house film nights, you name it xx
