28M, East London Buddy Up

Hi, I’m Joshua. I’m looking to buddy up with someone for a modern flatshare in either Royal Wharf or East Village.

I work in product in edtech and I’m based in London. I’m clean, respectful, easy-going, and good at balancing being social with giving people their own space. I’m ideally looking for a 2-bed or 3-bed flat, as long as you're not insane, we'll most likely get along.

I’m interested in Royal Wharf because of the newer flats, riverside feel, and transport links, and East Village because of the community, access to Stratford, Westfield, green spaces, and the general convenience.

Ideally looking for:

* Royal Wharf or East Village
* Ensuite or private bathroom preferred (not a deal breaker)
* Modern flat with good natural light
* Clean, respectful flatmate
* Move-in around late July / early August
* Budget flexible depending on the place
