Family seeking 1 bed / studio long term

Hi, I’m Shrutika, an international PhD student at King’s College London. My partner, Mohd Hussain, is employed at Holland & Barrett in Haringey.
We are looking for a safe, quiet and stable long-term home for our family: two adults and one child. Our first preference is a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat.
We need a written tenancy agreement with both adults named as tenants. We are not looking for an informal sublet or a room-only arrangement.
We are also open to buddying up with another suitable household to rent a larger property together, provided everyone is named on a proper written tenancy agreement.
We are tidy, quiet, respectful and non-smokers. We can provide proof of income, university confirmation, references and Right to Rent documents.
Our budget is up to £950 per month, ideally including bills. Please contact us only if the property is suitable for two adults and one child.
