Seeking St Len's garden flat or cute houseshare!

I am a writer & creative consultant, with a novel coming out in 2028. I’m looking for a 1 bed garden flat or a large house share. Leaving London after 17 years (grew up in the USA) and coming to St Leonard's, after spending signifcant time there with friends who moved there and Hastings in the past years.

I come with my sweet pointer dog Lissie, a well behaved ESA dog who loves the beach and cuddles.

I want to live with someone ok with me spending time at home, who’s happy to chat and make a nice place together, but equally ok with giving each other space and privacy. I work from home often but like to mix it up, though would consider getting a work studio for the right flatshare.

I love having home as my safe, downtime space. I’m looking for a quiet bedroom and a place with lots of light and ideally garden or balcony the dog could relax on when the sun’s out (she loves to sunbathe). I love poetry, cooking, the beach, art, dinners, deep conversations, being silly & finding joy, more of an early riser these days! I have a meditation practice and like quite mornings for that, and love to study mysticism and esoteric arts.
