Hey! I’m Ray, 18, working full-time in Shoreditch as a tech apprentice. I’m looking for a modern room in a flat with a bright living room and sofa area.

My budget: £1000 a month
Move-in: Mid to late December

I’m a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate; usually out during the day for work, but I love relaxing with good music, cooking, and catching up over a film or coffee. I really value a calm, well-kept space that feels like home.

Looking for:
• A modern, well-lit room
• Shared living room with sofa
• Ideally with balcony or open-plan kitchen
