Looking for a cosy room to live in

Hi, I'm Julia, I'm 23 and I'm about to graduate from the University of St Andrews. I'm currently looking for a room to stay over the summer at minimum, but there is a solid chance I could stay over for longer. I studied maths and I am looking for PhD places at the moment. My interests are generally related to gaming and board games, as well as maths, I absolutely love taking about maths with anyone.

I am tidy and I will help cleaning the house as needed. I am susceptible to staying up late, but I will respect your needs for quiet.

In terms of the room itself, I am especially looking for one with a relatively large desk, and ideally a place which won't mind me tutoring students in the afternoons or evenings from home. I should be able to fit in with any group. Any places that are mostly LGBT households are especially welcome too.
