Looking for a double room!

Hello!

I am looking for a double en-suite room in a two or three bed flat or house. Alternatively, I would be very happy to buddy up with a like minded individual and find a place together. My budget is anywhere between £900 - £1,300.

I am 25 years old (26 in a couple of weeks!) and have lived in London for the past couple of years. I absolutely love the South West, so I would prefer to stay in that area, but I am also open to North. I work in legal business development in the City and work in the office four times a week.

My hobbies are quite typical (and basic) — I enjoy Pilates, running, gym, reading, and cooking. I'm fortunate to have most of my friends living in London, so I often spend the weekends with them exploring London. I’m not really a party animal or a big drinker, so I would like to find a more relaxed and chilled living environment. However, I am sociable and would like to get on with my flatmate, rather than be ships passing in the night!

I am v v clean (in both my own space and communal areas) and would consider myself a very considerate housemate.
