Female Looking for room

Hi!
Female looking for a single or double (preferably) room. Starting the professional course in the Chippendale furniture school in October. While doing the course i will be continuing to work part-time from my laptop. I will be out of the house Monday-Friday during the day and I suspect i'll be out for most weekends exploring the area or out for a run.
I'm predominantly introverted, i don't go out at night much and like to keep to myself but would definitely like to become friendly with anyone I end up living with.
I love pets. I do not want to be in a smoking household. I have a partner working full time in Ireland and i would like for it to be ok for them to come stay for a weekend from time to time.
