Flex Move in - East Village

I'm moving as my landlady is looking to move back into her place so is no longer renting. I’d like to be closer to work (I’m a lawyer), so am looking to live in places with good connections to Stratford generally, preferably East Village. Would like to be able to place a desk in my room.
I work in a hybrid pattern, but would go in 3-4days a week at minimum.
Preference for female flatmates or mixed household. Looking for a no-smoking household please.
Some flexibility with move in date as I have a rolling contract with a short notice period, so happy to discuss move in dates!

I'm pretty chilled out (reading, doing pilates/playing frisbee) and independent, but also enjoy hanging out with housemates occasionally if that’s the vibe. I'm out doing sports or my own thing most weekends. I’d love to share with someone who also values a relaxed, friendly and respectful environment.
