I’m looking for a furnished En-suite bedroom in Daventry NN11, preferably near Royal Oak Industrial Estate, which is where I work.

- Single and looking for a room for myself only.
- Non-smoker, no pets, and I don’t drink.
- Don’t need internet (I use my own mobile plan).
- Don’t garden, don’t need car parking, and don’t want a TV.
- Value hygiene and cleanliness, especially in shared areas like kitchen.
- A washing machine in the house is essential.

- I can provide a work reference from my engineering company in Royal Oak Industrial Estate.
