I am looking to rent a quite private room in a quite house from the 21st of January 2026. an an-suite, a comfortable double bed and great cleanliness would be amazing, it would be great if it is close to public transport but some walking distance is ok too. ideal areas for me would be Canada Water, Bermondsey in or around Paddington or shepherds bush. I am on universal credit but pls don't be put off by this. I can pay £1100 pcm. I am a considerate, quite, private tenant who is looking for a quite reserved property.
