Preferably with other female tenants but I don’t really mind. £700 is my ceiling budget can maybe go to £750 and thats including bills. I like to keep communal areas clean so will be more than happy to get involved with any cleaning rotas. I can keep myself to myself but will always be up for a chat in the kitchen or living room.
