Clean, respectable, living with roommates since 18

I’m a working professional looking for a flatshare in or around the Guildford area at the end of October or early November. I don’t work from home so I’ll be out most of the time! I’d ideally like to live with similar aged professionals, my budget is £700pm with bills included :)
I’m relaxed and social but can also respect privacy and space. I've lived with roommates before when I lived in Australia so living with others is something very well known to me.
I enjoy getting out the house exploring, a Netflix binge, having a wine and a chat, or laying out in the sun whilst reading. I’ve been described as a social person, who’s clean and respectful. Good for a laugh, chilled times and can make a mean roast 😂
