Urgent! Looking for an animal-loving buddy up ASAP

I moved to Wilden in July 2025 and the house has rising damp so I’m now having to look at another rural , village setting home to rent. I’ve just been told work has to start in January and it’ll be uninhabitable!

Stressed isn’t the word.

Im looking for a buddy up to find a little house and garden together - super budget friendly as I plan to smash my biz this year [outgoings need to be a lot lower than currently]. I've set it at £650 as ideal rent pp and complete share of bills, but this is totally negotiable for the right place/housemate.

Me:
- Started a business, so someone who is a solopreneur or interested in business would be epic
- No vibe vacuums
- I am really creative and ex interior design
- I love to laugh and have a good sense of humour
- Just turned 40, so I know what I want in life.
- I'm playful and silly, a laugh a day 'n' all that.
- Need my own space and quiet after a sh*te day / respect others space too
- Very neat/like things in order - mess makes me 😫
- I don't do partying hard anymore
- I need my sleep
- I love a docu on the tv, so someone who wants to chill together sometimes
- Mutual respect important for anyone single. Agree weekends For fun time 😉

-I come with 'floofs' [cats]
-Girl is quiet and cute/funny
-Boy is a furry meower at dinner time [but I hate mess/fur/strict with no animals in bathroom etc]
-They look after themselves and are not trouble ie they are 8/9 and past kitten destroy stage
