Looking for a friendly, chill & tidy house share

Come September, I will be a part-time young professional, part-time basketball player for ARU Division 1 NBL team and part-time MSc Psychology Conversion student. I am looking for a double room in a small-ish house share (4 people max.) with easy-going, chill, tidy, down-to-earth people, preferable young professionals/ mature students. I am a very tidy tenant, who loves to bake (and share the goodies!), loves brightening up spaces with blankets/ cushions/ plants/ etc., is very laid-back, loves to adventure, loves movies, travel, exploring, pubs, cafes, is an aspirational reader... I am usually a pretty busy person but have balanced sport, study and basketball for over 6 years so I'm pretty used to it now! I don't like to shut myself in my room and would love to feel comfortable in communal spaces whether that's being sociable or just comfortable in each other's presence.
