Hey there,

I’m looking for a room in a calm, well-balanced home with respectful and considerate people. I enjoy living around others and sharing the space in a relaxed, natural way, but I’m also very comfortable spending time on my own and keeping an independent routine.

I value a peaceful living environment and tend to be tidy, mindful, and low-key at home. Having access to green space is important to me. Being near a park or open area helps me reset and feel grounded, especially after work.

Outside of home, I enjoy watching and playing sports, going to live gigs, and exploring the city at my own pace. Ideally, I’m looking for a room with a desk, good Tube access, and somewhere green nearby.

I’m currently based in Angel. My working hours are flexible, and I work partly from home, so I’m used to managing my time and space independently. I’d be very happy to arrange a video call or come by for a viewing.
