Professional looking long term let in Cardiff Bay

Hi! I’m Luke (29). Looking for an extra person to find a 2 person apartment share in Cardiff Bay with a budget of £900 to cover rent and all bills a month.

I’m looking for a place in one of the complexes along Dumballs Road (Overstone Court, Century Wharf, Lynton Court etc.) and would like to live with someone LGBT+ friendly and ideally of similar age.

I work hybrid full-time Central, 3 days from home 2 in the office each week.

Outside of work I am a creative individual that enjoys music (sing and play guitar but flexible when I practice depending on flatmate's needs so no early mornings late nights etc.), gaming (PC/Card Games/Board games), Arts and Crafts (Painting, Drawing, Crochet, Photography) and looking to explore cooking more so will probably have leftovers to share haha, also have an interest in plants too.
I'm easy to get on with and respectful and clean :)

I'd ideally like a room with a bit of extra space and an en-suite would be highly preferable but open to discussion!
