Professional female looking to buddy up

Hi, my name is Natalia and I’m starting a new job in mid June in Wythenshawe. I’m a looking to buddy up with someone (preferably a woman) to rent out. My maximum budget a month is £800. Occasionally I’ll have my dogs with me so I need a pet friendly place (shared custody on the children lol). They’re 2 mini long-haired dachshunds.
