Double Room wanted in Ferndown Area

Hi. I'm Chelsey, I moved here at the end of August but the landlord is selling so currently dipping my toes at the availability.
A shower is a must for medical reasons, nothing to worry about just chronic ear infections. Someone friendly and with local knowledge will be very beneficial.

If the room is not in Ferndown then within commuting distance, by foot or bus.
I'll be working in a school, and I am unfortunately a morning person.
I do have my own bed and mattress, it is a small double (120cm x 190cm or 4ft x 6ft3"), and I would be looking to bring that with me, especially as the mattress is less than 1year old. 😂
I will be studying my BSL Level3 on a Thursday Evening at Bournemouth Deaf Club this finishes at 9pm and is term time only. Someone that knows/ uses BSL would be a huge bonus!
