£650 budget Looking to rent a room or buddy up!

💖✨ Hi I am Elektra and I am eighteen. I currently live in Sandbach but I am ready to move to Manchester as soon as possible. I am looking for places either in the city centre or somewhere really close to town.

I am self employed as an influencer and content creator on TikTok. I currently earn enough to comfortably afford rent through social media alone. Universal Credit is just a safety blanket for me since I am a care leaver but I do not rely on it to pay my rent. Once I move to Manchester I will also be applying for either a part time or full time job so I have a second income alongside content creation.

A bit about me. I am clean tidy and respectful of other peoples space. I am friendly and chatty but I also respect boundaries and alone time. My hobbies include gaming cooking baking walking exploring cities trying new things and creating content. I am an extrovert so I enjoy socialising with housemates but I am also easy going and not demanding.

Because of my job I film and sometimes go live at home. My content is versatile sometimes spend the day with me videos sometimes cooking or cleaning videos. I always film respectfully and will never film anyone without consent. It would be ideal if you are comfortable with me filming in communal areas.

In terms of money management I budget well and always prioritise my rent and bills. I can provide proof of income if needed and I am happy to pay in advance for peace of mind. As a care leaver I also get free council tax until I am twenty five.

I am transgender so I need housemates who are LGBTQ friendly and respectful.

I am looking for a room anywhere in Manchester up to around six hundred and fifty per month. I would love a place where the housemates get along but I am flexible.
