Description
Room Wanted – Working Professional, Crookston / Paisley Area
Hi, I'm Srijan — a 25-year-old surgical assistant at Ross Hall Hospital, Crookston. I'm looking for a double room in or near this area (or somewhere with good public transport links to it), as I don't drive and sometimes need to get in fast for emergency shifts.
What I need in the room:
1. Double bed, table & chair, ample storage
2. Some space in the kitchen/fridge for my own utensils and food
3. Somewhere I can store a bicycle
Budget: Up to £550/month all-in (bills + wifi included). Council tax included would be great but not essential — happy to split it with housemates if not.
A bit about me:
1. Calm, disciplined, and easy to live with
2. Non-smoker, non-drinker — totally fine if you're not either
3. Work 12+ hour hospital shifts on weekdays, so I keep a low profile most of the time and value a respectful, easy-going home
4. I cook my own meals, usually in one longer batch session every 4–5 days rather than daily — happy to work around others' kitchen schedules the rest of the time
5. Tidy, hygiene-conscious, and happy to split the cost of shared consumables (bin bags, cleaning supplies, etc.)
5. Open to living with males or females, any nationality — lived comfortably in shared university accommodation before with no issues
I'm reliable, considerate of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. If you have a room available, I'd love to hear from you!
