🐾 Room Wanted in Leeds – £650pcm | Self-Employed 20 y/o with Trained Kitten

Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent in Leeds, ideally under £650pcm (bills included preferred). I’m 20, self-employed, and this would be my first home — so I’m looking for a space that’s calm, clean, and welcoming.

I come with a 3-month-old kitten who’s fully litter trained, calm, and well-behaved. I’ll take full responsibility for her and keep shared spaces clean.

Open to short lets — ideally looking for a place for a few months (max stay for now). I’m respectful, tidy, and pretty independent, so I’m happy to live with anyone who’s kind, easygoing, and pet-friendly.
