Professional female looking for room nr Worthing

Hi, I’m Sian a professional female looking for a room in the Worthing or nearby area from July 2025. As I rely on trains to get to work I’m looking for a place within 1 mile of a train station. I’m a youthful 50something who loves travel, music & films. I’ve lived in houseshares with people in their 20s - 40s for many years so happy with a mixed age range. I’m looking for a place for 3-9 months (ish) as I’m planning to move into a flat in a few months so I need a short to mid term tenancy (most likely under a year). I’m looking for a double room with bed & bills included in the rent. I’m happy with a live in landlady or a multi share. I’m happy to live with pets but no children please.
