Looking for a Room – SE or East London

Hi! I’m Monica, a friendly and tidy professional in my late 20s, currently working in publishing. I’m looking for a double room in a sociable flatshare in South East or East London, ideally with good transport links (Overground, DLR, or Tube).

What I’m looking for:
Budget: Up to £850 pcm (including bills, but flexible for the right place)
Move-in date: From early-mid June (flexible)
Location: Peckham, New Cross, Hackney, Bethnal Green, or nearby
Flat vibe: Clean, relaxed, ideally a friendly like-minded household who enjoy the occasional dinner or movie night together

A bit about me:
I work hybrid (2-3 days in the office) and enjoy yoga, reading, films, and discovering new coffee spots, and a good wander around a gallery or museum. I’m also partial to a pint or glass of wine now and then, especially in the summer sun! Not a bad cook either.
I’m respectful of space but always up for a chat or shared meal. I’ve lived in house shares before and know the value of open communication and am considerate of keeping shared spaces nice and tidy!
