Quiet considerate guy looking for quiet place

I have lived in Preston for nearly four years after moving up from the South and have really enjoyed my time up here! I lived in a previous place for the whole time with one flatmate but had to move out due to an issue caused by the subsequent flatmate. I can provide references that I am a good considerate flatmate and that I have always paid my rent.

I am working as a housekeeper but have also learned to code in C# in recent times and created an app. I am currently working on learning Polish. I am mainly looking for a quiet place where I can get on with my learning. I am also a musician but don't do so much of that these days and would only do that if it weren't disturbing anyone.

I am looking to share with someone who is easy-going and friendly.
