Room for Fellowship near King's Cross Summer 2025

I'm Tomás, a 24-year-old Economics graduate participating in the Centre for the Governance of AI Summer Fellowship program at their King's Cross office from June 9th to August 16th, 2025. I have an approved temporary work visa and will be receiving a regular stipend that comfortably covers accommodation costs.

LOOKING FOR:
- Double room or well-sized single room
- Walking distance to King's Cross preferred (or excellent transport links)
- Well-ventilated space that doesn't get too hot in summer
- Move-in around June 8th, move-out around August 16th
- Budget: Up to £1500 pcm including bills

ABOUT ME:
- Friendly and quiet
- Non-smoker, barely drink
- Quite independent - lived on my own for 4 years and have previous experience with overseas accommodation
- Can provide references
- Enjoy museums and yoga
- Dual citizen (Brazil/Portugal)
- Will be focused on fellowship work during my stay

I'm reliable, guaranteed payment through my fellowship program, and looking for a comfortable base during this important career opportunity. I'm happy with either a flatshare or living with a landlord - main priorities are location, ventilation, and a peaceful environment for occasional remote work.
