23 yr old trans woman looking for room

Hello,

I am a 23-year-old trans woman who is finishing up her history masters degree in Edinburgh— my course finishes at the end of August. My dissertation thesis is on experiences of trans healthcare in Britain in the 1970s. I am currently job hunting and can provide a guarantor if needed. I also have the savings to cover any gaps.

I am looking to move into a new room around late July to early August (my current lease ends on July the 29th). The ideal limit on my budget, bills included, is around £750, but I’ll try to be flexible.

About me:
A friend once described me as tart and fruity like hibiscus tea-- I like tea (I was treasurer of the University of Edinburgh Tea Society for four years). I also like hiking: I have done the West Highland Way, the Lairig Ghru, Ben Nevis, the Cairn Toul, Glenfinnan to Inverie, among others. I can bake a mean honey biscuit, concoct a gin and tonic sorbet and can bring along an ice cream maker to the new flat. If you have pets, I have experience living with three dogs for the past year (two big and brown, one small, white and yappy). In my heart of hearts though, I’m a cat person.
