27yo Kiwi, Looking for SW room from end Apr

Currently living in Tooting Bec, and am looking for a room that is more central and has nicer surroundings. My ideal locations are in Clapham, Balham, Wandsworth, Battersea, South Kensington, Pimlico, Westminster. Looking for a social house that feels like a home, from end of Apr earliest (looking for the right place before I move so am flexible).

Budget max £1,050 pcm excl bills.

A bit about me:
I'm a 27yo Kiwi, who moved to London back in June 2025 (been here about 10 months). I love cooking/baking so you will definitely benefit! I'm also a big fan of walking, gyming (F45 cult) surfing, skiing so bonus if you're keen for some travel. I love a gig and a pub trip, but equally always up for a movie night, cup of tea and chill, or trip to the cinema or theatre. I also follow F1, & watch a lot of reality TV. Also love my arts and crafts, and cutesy vibes.

Keen to make new friends out of this 🥰 so the occasional trips out together, meals together. Also important to have that balance and have your down time/ your own things going on too - I am often out a few evenings a week. I work in media in London Bridge, in the office 3 days a week. It's really important to be to have a clean house, where people pull their weight, and items have a home. It should be an enjoyable, safe, sancutary but also somewhere you can express yourself. Pinterest vibes, sign me up.

I'm also looking for an outdoor area, shared living areas, and a decent size room to be able to have a desk in. Also close to tube stations.

Ideally looking for 4-5 housemates with min 2 girls.
