Hey! I’m Bri (21F) and my friend (24M) and I are looking for a third person to join us in renting a 3-bedroom flat we’ve just viewed on Palatine Road, Withington.

The location is great — just an 8-minute walk to the West Didsbury tram stop, and there’s a bus stop right outside the house with direct routes to the city centre and the airport.

Rent is £500 per person (excluding bills), and it’s expected to be around £750 per month all in.

Hi, I’m Austin. I’m 24, originally from Sheffield but moved over for uni 6 years ago and now working over here full time in hospitality alongside Bri. I’m quite talkative but also value my own time by myself, especially after a long shift. For hobbies, I tend to travel a fair bit, mainly for different themeparks across the world, I’m a fairly big game person as well and enjoy a drink as well as a pub quiz. I’ve also lived in house/ flat shares for 6 years now so I know how to clean up after myself and how it all works.
