Must be near public transport links, local shops etc. We are learning how to drive. We keep clean, and we can arrange a cleaning agreement if that's easier.
Bills must be included, or if we buddy up, we can sort this out. I'm also okay with having people round/staying over, as I would sometimes like family, friends over too.
I am receiving benefits and my partner works. We have no CCJ or any criminal records. Can provide references. I am open to cleaning for a lower rent if possible. Also any other pets, apart from cats are fine, as my partner has an allergy to them!
