Room wanted for postgrad student starting Sep 2025

Hi! My name is Heidira (Heidi for short), 27 years old female. I am a career diplomat and will be starting my postgraduate study in UCL starting September, 2025.

I am looking for a room to stay for the entire study course (1 year), with criteria below:
- Zone 1 or 2.
- Close to bus/underground station, preferably with direct access to UCL (Bloomsbury Campus).
- Full furnished, with kitchen and washing machine.
- I prefer all bills-inclusive rent, if not, kindly inform me a monthly estimate.

I am not picky about flatmates, but I prefer non-smoking ones.
I am used to sharing a dorm/flat with other people, I clean after myself and would be sure to be a respectful and friendly but undisruptive flatmate :)
