Student on Placement Year Seeking Room with TfL

Hi, I’m Soloman — a 21 -year-old university student currently on a full-time placement year in central London. I’m looking for a house share with other students or young professionals, ideally in Zones 2–3, with direct TfL tube or Overground access to Zone 1.

I’m flexible as long as the location is safe, well-connected, and within budget.
• Budget: £600–£770 pcm (including bills ideally)
• Move-in: October/November
• Length of stay: 12 months
• Preferences: Clean, respectful housemates; Preferably looking for housemates around my age, though I’m open to living with anyone friendly and respectful.
• About me: Friendly, tidy, sociable but also respectful of others’ space. I work Mon–Fri and will mostly be out during the day.
