Hi, I’m Adam, a respectful and easygoing 39-year-old professional with a background in engineering and startups. I split my time between working on my sustainability-focused business and spending quality time with my 11-year-old daughter.

I’m clean, very quiet, and considerate around the house, and I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed and clean home environment (ideally with a bit of space to think and create). I enjoy fitness, the outdoors, and my hobbies so a place with a bit of personality would suit me well.

I work from home most days, so I’m looking for a place where my room has space from me to bring a small desk.
I also share custody of my daughter, so I’d ideally like somewhere she can visit occasionally and possibly stay over now and then. (Perhaps 2 nights per month) Always respectful, low-key, and with plenty of notice.

I own a car so local free parking would be ideal. Bonus points if you have a electric are charger I can pay to use.
