Looking to buddy up for a 2 bed flat

Hi, I’m looking to find someone to rent a 2 bed flat with that I’ve seen in Anaconda Cut. I already live in the building but am just looking to move flats.

It’s on the 35th floor and has a stunning view & we’d both have separate bathrooms. It’s £840 each a month plus bills (which in my current flat are £160-£170 each a month) & internet is included.

Building has a roof terrace, sky lounge, co working space, 24/7 gym, 24/7 concierge service, cinema room & is pet friendly. Parking also available.
8 minute walk to the Arndale/town

I’m looking for someone very clean/tidy/respectful of the communal areas & I’d also like to meet beforehand to and see if we get along as I would like to live with someone who I could be friends with (not just flatmates).

I’m a working professional in law, I love cooking, reading, going to the gym & going out for food/trying new restaurants.
