Room or buddy up for mature student :)

Hi! I’m looking for a room from September for when I start my PGCE - while I’ll technically be a student , I’m 29 and will mostly be on placements so would be better suited to living with professionals / older students. Looking for a sociable flat where we can do things together but also love my own space / downtime. Love getting food / drinks out and the odd night out but also chilling at home watching Netflix etc. I’m v clean and tidy so someone on the same wavelength would be great! Would also love to have some adventurous weekends in the peaks / lakes so if you were up for that too it would be a bonus!

Would looove to live in Ancoats but flexible on location for right fit and move in date is flexible too just around the end of summer :)
