3 friends looking for Buddy-Up in London

Hi, we’re Cian and Kenny and Kaitlin (Kenny's GF) in our early 20s currently looking to buddy up and find a place in West London.

We all work: one in a recruitment agency and the other in marketing. We’ve also both started our own businesses on the side — one in Japanese street food, and the other in South African tea (yes, unlimited tea and Japanese food for our future flatmate 😄).

We really value a clean and comfortable home. We usually spend some time on weekends cleaning so we can start the week fresh, so you can expect a tidy and well-kept flat.

In terms of lifestyle, we enjoy going out to wine bars, cafés, or jazz clubs to socialise, but we also really appreciate downtime and a calm, peaceful environment at home. We’re quite balanced — social but not a party household. Also, we got nintendo switch we can play a Mario Kart, tournament

We’d love to live with someone who’s friendly and open to occasional hangouts — like grabbing a drink, working from a café together, or checking out events around London — while also respecting personal space and quiet time.

We’re open to forming a group of 4 or 5 to find a place together, depending on who we connect with. Ideally, we’re looking for people who are clean, considerate, and easygoing, and who want to create a relaxed and respectful home.
