21 yo architecture student looking for a flat

Hey! I'm a 21-year-old architecture student at CSM looking for a room in a queer-friendly, creative home in Hackney, ideally Hackney Wick or Clapton. I'm also open to anywhere that has good connections to Kings Cross.
I'm mostly looking around 1200 plus bills pcm, but flexible with the price.

Ideally, I’d love to live with like-minded people — creatives, artists, professionals or students — who are respectful, clean, and grounded. I’m especially drawn to households with queer folk and those up for an occasional film night or spontaneous hangout. I'd love to share a flat with people that have common interests and love deep talks.

I'm a homebody, so I love to transform my space into a good-smelling, beautiful sanctuary with lots of plants, art, ambient lights and music - so, if you're into that, hit me up!

I’d really appreciate enough space to paint or work on creative projects, and I care a lot about interiors and keeping a tidy, aesthetically-pleasing home. I’d prefer to live with people around my age or a little older than me — 20s and up — who are low-drama, thoughtful, and know how to respect each other’s space and quiet time.

I’m also quite outdoorsy and love spending time in parks — whether it’s for a walk, reading in the sun, or just getting some fresh air. A balcony or garden would be a big bonus.

I have been living in London for 2 years now and currently live in a lovely studio flat in Clapton and I've been loving the area, but I’m ready for a bit more shared energy and connection at home!

I do have some furniture, which I’m happy to bring or sell depending on the space.
