Looking for a buddy up from September!

Hey! I’m Katie — soon-to-be trainee clinical psychologist based at Birmingham Uni this September. I’m looking for someone to ‘buddy’ up with, or a 1 bed flat/apartment in Edgbaston, Harborne or King’s Heath.

I’ll be moving from Manchester so I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a proper home, away from home.

A bit about me:
I’m equal parts extroverted and introverted. I love hanging out with friends and am always up for dinner and drinks (I’m a G&T or Sex on The Beach gal). I also love quiet weekends away, binging TV series and reading. I’m pretty chill and really value a nice vibe at home. I’m sociable but respectful so would love to find a flatmate who likes to chat and unwind after a long day but also who values their alone time and space.

What I’m looking for:
– Clean and tidy living (I need visual calm to function but I’m not a neat freak!)
– Parking (due to doctorate placements potentially being anywhere in the city)
– Someone respectful, easygoing, and down for some nice chats
