Lookin for a room!

I've recently relocated and I'm looking for a house share or room near the city centre. Ideally, at the moment Im up for either rolling or longer term contract depending on the place.
I work during the day and spend time off at dance classes mostly, so I'm usually out and about. But I enjoy sharing a coffee or meal with flatmates whenever we are all up for that! I like to keep things clean and organised and see home as a calm and welcoming space.
