Full time working male 30 years old

Hi! I’m Jack, 30 years old and currently working full-time in the furniture warranty industry. I’m looking to move into a new place to gain a bit more independence, meet new people, and have a fresh environment that suits my lifestyle.

I work Monday to Friday, normal daytime hours, and I’m pretty quiet during the week – though I do enjoy a good chat and laugh in the evenings. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and always happy to help out around the house.

In my free time, I’m big into the gym – training regularly and keeping active is a big part of my routine. I also enjoy a good balance of chilled nights in and the occasional weekend outing. I’ve got a solid sense of humour (so I’m told!) and like to keep things upbeat.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable home with easy-going, friendly housemates who enjoy a relaxed vibe. Happy to contribute to a positive household atmosphere.
